She kept an eye on hotel rates, proactively flagged price drops, and rebooking us for a more affordable stay. She was actually able to rebook us multiple times for a significant savings while maintaining the room level we wanted. It feels great knowing you have someone looking out for the best experience. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and saved us both time and money. I'll book with her again!

We truly can’t say enough great things about booking with Kelli! From the minute we reach out sharing thoughts/ideas on what we’re hoping to experience with our travel she takes that, runs with it and puts so much time and attention in sending us ideas that it makes vacation planning so easy and enjoyable! And not to mention from there she then handles every detail on the booking from dinner reservations, to everything in between! She listens to what you want out of a trip and curates each experience perfectly. My husband and I have never used a travel agent before, but will ABSOLUTELY be using Kelli and her services again. She took all the stress/research/decision fatigue away and made the process of selecting a hotel and booking experiences enjoyable and fun. As it should be! Kelli blew me away! It wasn’t my first time using her service and it definitely won’t be my last. She is phenomenal! Took all anxiety out of traveling and trying to squeeze everything in.
