Kelli absolutely knocked it out of the park planning my trip to Los Cabos. She booked me an amazing resort right on the beach with a room view so perfect it felt like she hand-crafted it herself. She even lined up a round of golf that fit perfectly into the trip.

I’ll be honest… I was not the easiest client. Slow to respond, asking a million questions, wanting to see every possible option—you name it. But Kelli handled all of it with total patience, zero complaints, and way more effort than I probably deserved. She went above and beyond every step of the way.

If you’re looking for someone who will deliver exactly what you’re hoping for—and then some—Kelli is your person. I’d recommend her 12 out of 10 and will absolutely be using her again!

Can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Kelli to plan our trip to Scotland & Ireland. She is fun and enthusiastic to work with. She is thorough and follows up on all aspects of the trip. Doesn’t miss a detail and yet really respects my ideas and any budget constraints. Can wait to plan another adventure with her.

There I was, in a panic, charged with planning my company's whole offsite in Europe with no idea where to go or how to find a nice place that fit this many people and matched our budget. I could feel the whole trip going up in flames until I reached out to Kelli, my new travel agent hero. She stepped right in, took in all of our requirements and came back with the PERFECT Croatian villa in no time at all. Once we had the place booked, Kelli stayed in the loop and coordinated with the booking company to help us set up transportation, organize the rooms, setup a chef service, she was with us every step of the way. Our team was blown away by the property and how easy the whole week was, and it was all made possible by Kelli's amazing work. I could not recommend her enough to help with your next large group or company trip!

Kelli is without a doubt the best in the business! She is beyond caring & so attentive to every detail in the planning process - all in service to making sure we have the best vacation and experience possible. And safe to say she has knocked it out of the park for us each time! We had a phenomenal experience planning our trip to the gorgeous Four Seasons in Wailea, Maui, thanks to Kelli Nordin. Kelli's knowledge of the resort was top-notch; she was so informative about all the activities available. She easily took care of booking our dinner reservation at Spago and highly recommended the outrigger activity, which was a blast. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade at check-in, which was a lovely surprise! The daily included breakfast was also a fantastic amenity that she secured for us, providing a perfect start to our days before we went snorkeling and scuba diving. Kelli truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely give her 5 stars.
