I believe life is all about balance. My vacations are always a mixture of relaxation and adventure. I like excursions and exploring, but there are also days that I love relaxing by the pool, ocean or simply having coffee and looking out at the mountains. Kelli did an amazing job helping us plan for our 2 week Japan trip. She booked us amazing hotels in both Tokyo and Osaka! She went out of her way to find fun activities for us to do while we were in both cities and she got us an exclusive reservation to a restaurant that you can only get in if you have the password. She truly went above and beyond helping us with each leg of our journey, she even mailed us our own folder of hotel information, tickets and a packing guide. This notebook came in handy so many times during our trip and we are so grateful for the work she put into it. She was always easy to get in contact with and worked hard on getting us the best deals for everything we wanted in our trip. We can’t wait to work with her again for our next trip!!

Kelli was great! Very thorough and even followed up for any upgrades before our arrival. Checking in was seamless, and we will definitely use her again.

Ok this woman was on top of her game from the beginning! I wasn’t 100% sure where I wanted to go for vacation when I started and that’s..kind of important. But Kelli helped me through stayed professional not once got frustrated with me not setting a specific destination. She showed me numerous locations before I settled on the Dominican Republic. So let’s fast forward to the day of the flight. Well I listened to Kelli’s advice and got to the airport numerous hours before my flight, but unfortunately for me bc of holiday flight traffic myself and numerous other people ended up missing flights. So I had no choice other to call this woman at 5 in the morning to tell her I missed my flight, expecting to be fussed at because no one wants to be woken up that earlier like that. But Kelli jumped right on the situation handled everything fixed everything with resort and my transportation from the airport to the resort. I got rebooked on a flight with a layover in Chicago for 18 hours and had a mini vacation inside my vacation where I got to see most of the sights in Chicago while I waited for my flight. I got to my resort and had an amazing vacation all thanks to this woman. So I will only be using her to book my vacations from now on!! Highly recommend
