Keith was absolutely exceptional. Our travel plans changed unexpectedly, and with less than 24 hours' notice we suddenly needed to find a luxury hotel in Saint-Tropez during peak season. After coming up empty searching on my own, I reached out to Keith, who immediately stepped in with the perfect recommendation.

Keith personally contacted the hotel before our arrival to let them know we'd be arriving early, and when we pulled up the staff greeted us by name, welcomed us with cold towels and refreshments, and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade.
