Kayla Smith

We were referred to Kayla from another travel agent of an acquaintance. I was a bit nervous as I had no first-hand knowledge of Kayla and it is was a bit of a leap of faith. These nerves were immediately put to rest from the very first contact. First, I was very impressed at initially how well Kayla listened to my travel plans and travel style and personality. She then suggested islands that I had not heard of which were among my favorites. Kayla recommended several boutique hotels for each island that were all perfectly located and worked with my budget. She was responsive to all my calls and emails. She was extremely helpful in booking the ferries for us. I definitely will use her again and will recommend her to my friends when they travel. (We used her expertise for a 19 day trip to 5 Greek Islands and Athens).

Kayla was so helpful and patient with us as we had many questions. This was our first trip traveling abroad with kids and she was so kind and inclusive of their experience while traveling as well. Kayla is so knowledgeable and was a great resource before and during our trip.

Kayla is the best! She help my husband and me plan our honeymoon in Italy and Switzerland and was a guiding light through an extremely overwhelming process. Neither of us had been to Europe before and Kayla gave us so much helpful information and reassurance. She has experience visiting these places so she had a lot of helpful insight. The tours she recommended for us in Rome and Florence were incredible and she put in so much extra work to keep an eye on tickets and prices. She fielded all of our random questions and laid out fabulous itineraries so that our trip was smooth sailing. She was even helpful while we were on the trip, making sure everything was going well. Our weekly calls during the planning process always made me feel like progress was being made and always put me at ease. Kayla is so easy to talk to, she understood the vibe of our trip instantly and helped us plan accordingly. She took the pressure off us by booking almost everything and then sent all tickets and info to me in an organized fashion. She truly made this trip easy and amazing, thanks Kayla!!

I can't wait to plan another trip with Kayla and I've already recommended her to 3 other friends. She is so organized, creative, and had great suggestions that I never would've thought of but were so much fun. Her enthusiasm for our trip got me even more excited to travel and I'm very impressed with her.
