Kay and her team did a wonderful job helping us with our recent trip to Italy! The attention to detail and the personalized care is unmatched and appreciated! Before our travel, Kay took the time to learn how we wanted to experience our trip -- our preferences and desires. She inquired of our likes/dislikes regarding hotels, excursions, local travel, restaurants , etc. Then, she provided options that met and exceeded our expectations. What would have taken us months to try to pull off, literally only took a couple of our hours because Kay did ALL of the heavy lifting. She even secured dinner reservations for us at arguably THE BEST steak restaurant in Verona. After we made our choices for hotels, excursions, etc., Kay provided a thorough itinerary and walked us through it to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable before we left. In addition, she made it easy for us to make changes, if necessary. The white glove treatment did not end once the planning was over.
