I would rate my booking experience with Kay Jones a full 5 stars! Kay was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect hotel for my needs. Not only did she offer great recommendations, but she also managed to secure the hotel at an excellent price. Her attention to detail and dedication made the booking experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach. Thanks to Kay, everything was handled efficiently and expertly.

Kay and her team did a wonderful job helping us with our recent trip to Italy! The attention to detail and the personalized care is unmatched and appreciated! Before our travel, Kay took the time to learn how we wanted to experience our trip -- our preferences and desires. She inquired of our likes/dislikes regarding hotels, excursions, local travel, restaurants , etc. Then, she provided options that met and exceeded our expectations. What would have taken us months to try to pull off, literally only took a couple of our hours because Kay did ALL of the heavy lifting. She even secured dinner reservations for us at arguably THE BEST steak restaurant in Verona. After we made our choices for hotels, excursions, etc., Kay provided a thorough itinerary and walked us through it to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable before we left. In addition, she made it easy for us to make changes, if necessary. The white glove treatment did not end once the planning was over. Kay was available DURING our trip to help us navigate a few hiccups along the way. Kay is the epitome of PHENOMENAL service and a beautiful heart! We are excited to use Kay and her team for our next trip. We believe everyone should experience this level of personalized care and service while planning travel; therefore, we enthusiastically recommend Kay and her team!
