On short notice, Kavita found us an amazing hotel, arranged it so that we had adjoining rooms, and then made sure to confirm all of the arrangements shortly before the trip to ensure no glitches. We were 100% happy.

Booking our travel itinerary with Kavita was one of the best decisions. She carefully understood my brief and planned a 8 day itinerary very well. Each day was utilised completely with time for travel, sight seeing and eating. The group tours and private tours she chose were very good and informative. Not boring and over dose of content but a great balance of fun & information. I travelled alone with my daughter to Japan and she made it completely anxiety free. I strongly recommend her as one of the best travel planners who does a thorough job. She also is extremely responsive on whatsapp. Thank you Kavita for everything.

Kavita made our Japan trip absolutely perfect! She was incredible — so organized, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. There were four of us traveling, and she catered to each of our needs beautifully. Every day was planned perfectly, with amazing restaurant and bar reservations, great sightseeing, and seamless logistics.
Her recommendations were outstanding — truly some of the best food and experiences we’ve ever had! From train bookings to pickups, everything ran so smoothly. We would never have seen Japan the same way without her.
Highly, highly recommend Kavita if you want a trip that’s stress-free, special, and unforgettable!
