I randomly stumbled upon Kaustubh about nine months ago while looking for luxury travel agent.

He provided a good overview of the current promotions for each city and hotel franchise which helped with decision-making and was swift with the booking.

He reached out few days prior to the actual stay to see if any help needed. I shared that we were looking forward to a floating breakfast but didn't realize it can only be done at a pool access or plunge pool room. Kaustubh proactively worked with the hotel to secure a confirm upgrade prior to our arrival enabling us to have a pool room throughout the stay making the anniversary trip even more memorable with our private floating breakfast outside our room.

Kaustubh and Payal did a tremendous job with planning, organizing and then assisting during the trip, especially with our lost luggage, which they helped track down. I'll be forever grateful for their help with that! The trip itself was once in a lifetime and we would not have been able to plan it as effectively without their help. Even small things like all of the arrangements of getting to and from each destination with clear information on who to look for and when took so much stress out the travel.
