Great knowledge, responsiveness (and patience!), Kaustubh was a pleasure to deal with. His proactivity as our stay approached was greatly appreciated. Now using KP for further bookings!

KP was so extremely helpful in helping us with the booking before, during and after our stay. His thoughtful welcome notes made us feel right at home. There was always an upgrade which was wonderful and the treats and delights provided by the hotels made our trip that much more memorable.

Kaustubh and Payal were top notch as always (we have worked with them on other trips). I would enter 6 stars if I could. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very personal and always attentive to questions or issues that come up before, during and after the trip. At this point, I would not think about booking an international trip without their help. The little notes and personal touches that were left for us along our trip were also wonderful. Highly recommend using their services!

Kaustubh was excellent to work with and made everything incredibly easy. He handled a date change and room upgrade seamlessly, secured our specific room request, and even made sure we had plenty of water in the room.
