I randomly stumbled upon Kaustubh about nine months ago while looking for luxury travel agent.
He provided a good overview of the current promotions for each city and hotel franchise which helped with decision-making and was swift with the booking.
He reached out few days prior to the actual stay to see if any help needed. I shared that we were looking forward to a floating breakfast but didn't realize it can only be done at a pool access or plunge pool room. Kaustubh proactively worked with the hotel to secure a confirm upgrade prior to our arrival enabling us to have a pool room throughout the stay making the anniversary trip even more memorable with our private floating breakfast outside our room.

In December 2023, I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha. I chose Four Seasons Doha primarily for its great location, fantastic rooms and access to the private beach. The property has a luxury resort vibe with beautiful pools and a beach, unlike other properties in the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my clients.
