Katy is incredible! Her patience, caring and level of detail are top notch. We had so much fun planning our entire vacation with her - her excitement was contagious and she left no stone unturned - always coming up with great ways to enhance our experience in Portugal. Any question we had she would answer, and if she didn't know the answer right away, she found out. She worked tirelessly with a team on the ground in Portugal to craft excursions, transfers and tours for our family to enjoy and each one was executed with precision and care. I will never plan a trip without Katy's help again!

What really stood out was her level of dedication—she actually walked over to the hotel in person to speak with the staff and personally advocate for our accommodations. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to secure a room with two queen beds, which is practically unheard of in New York City. On top of that, she managed to get us an amazing discount on the room, which made the experience even better.

As if that weren’t enough, Katy also arranged one of our favorite perks of the entire stay: complimentary breakfast vouchers for two at the delightful French bakery located right in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we looked forward to every morning.
