My Story
I am Katrina Lee, a Fora travel advisor.
For twenty years, I planned travel for senior leaders inside the U.S. federal government. International delegations, multi city itineraries, four principals across three time zones on one schedule that had to hold. Sixteen of those years were corporate travel. I am an Air Force veteran, and I learned early on that the details are not a part of the job. They are the whole job.
I do that work for private clients now. I plan for families who need the trip to work for every person in it, from the toddler to the grandparent. For solo women who want to be taken care of without being managed. For couples who want one week where nobody has to make a decision. For clients who need a room that actually accommodates them, and who are tired of finding out at check-in that it does not. I center Black travelers and the communities we move through, and my table is open to anyone who wants a trip built with care.
Luxury, to me, is not a price point. It is the feeling that somebody handled it before you noticed there was something to handle.

Travel Style
I have walked Mexico's markets and swum its cenotes, stayed up through Japan's neon nights and gone quiet in its onsens, danced through New Orleans, and watched the sky do impossible things over New Mexico. This July, I scouted Vancouver and Victoria on foot and by seaplane, and wrote the whole thing up properly.
My style is luxury with soul. Indulgent where it counts, quiet where you need it, and built around how you actually travel instead of how a brochure says you should.
I plan a lot of family trips, and the rule there is the same as anywhere else. Build the day around the slowest person in the group and everybody has a better time. Grandparents, teenagers, and toddlers can share one itinerary if somebody does the thinking first.
I also believe in leaving room in a trip. The best day is usually the one nobody planned, and it only happens if somebody built the slack in on purpose. That is my job.

Vancouver on Foot: A Walkable City with Water on Every Side
Vancouver was my first time in Canada, and it turned out to be a city best understood at walking speed. The seawall ties the good parts together, the water is never more than a few minutes away, and a five-minute ferry ride across False Creek resets your whole view of the place.
