Katrina was truly phenomenal to work with. Went above and beyond for our trip. She made everything so seamless and easy for me as a mom traveling with two littles. Every excursion was wonderful, and every little hiccup she addressed and fixed and made sure it was truly perfect. Definitely would recommend and book again so thankful I had found her!!!

Katrina was great! I initially reached out to my friend who was a travel agent and then I tried to book on my own. I then posted questions in a Facebook group that Katrina had so much knowledge on and I ended up booking through her. In booking with Katrina we were able to get breakfast credits each day which is huge considering how much everything cost in the Bahamas. I also booked a garden view and Katrina was able to get us upgraded to an ccean view, which was a nice surprise.

Katrina is nothing less than an angel. She was always available to answer questions about the trip before, during, and after! If you need an agent with booking a trip anywhere and you don't go through Katrina, you are missing out on a great deal! I must have bothered her least 50 times via text and email and she replied quickly to everyone of them. Thanks Katrina for helping me plan my wife's 70th birthday trip!

This lady is a gem! She is diligent to work with you to give you the exact experience you are wanting. Every question answered promptly. So engaging. She goes above in all aspects. So transparent in any questions you ask. She works through out the trip, planning, checking on you during the trip,(not pushy, just available) making sure there are no hiccups (and if there is, getting those resolved), and so sweet to follow up after.
