Our travel advisor Katie was a huge help booking this last minute staycation. Katie was able to offer us several upgrades by booking the room with her and I was still able to use my platinum Marriott status perks. It was a win all around. Katie surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift upon our arrival. There was welcome note with a family picture along with gifts for my girls and refreshments for the adults. It was truly a lovely experience. I will continue to have Katie help me with all my travel plans in the future!

Katie was wonderful to work with. We did not give her much time to help us find a toddler friendly location during the festive season but she came up with great options all within our budget! Katie went over an beyond helping us book our rental car and getting information from the resort on baby equipment and groceries! We will work with Katie for our family trips in the future!
