Katie Kinney was an absolute gem throughout our entire honeymoon planning and especially during a very difficult situation we experienced in Japan. From the very beginning, she was super easy to work with, highly organized, and incredibly attentive to every detail of our trip.

What really stood out was how available and supportive she was when we needed her most. During an unexpected medical situation at one of our hotels- Hakone Airu, I was able to text Katie directly and she immediately helped guide us on what to do and how to get support in a stressful moment while being in a different country. That level of responsiveness gave us a lot of reassurance during a really overwhelming time.

Even after we returned home, Katie continued to advocate for us. She followed up with the hotel multiple times on our behalf regarding reimbursement for the incident. Unfortunately, the hotel was unresponsive for months and eventually claimed she had inquired too late, which was completely inaccurate. Despite that, Katie stayed persistent, professional, and committed to helping us get answers.

She truly went above and beyond—not just in planning a beautiful honeymoon, but in standing by us when things didn’t go as planned. We are very grateful for her support, care, and dedication throughout the entire experience, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely has your back.
