Fantastic! Katie offered several hotel suggestions based on our criteria and was very helpful picking this hotel. Also, by booking our hotel with Katie our stay included a resort credit and free breakfast for two each day. In addition to those wonderful benefits we were also upgraded to a room with a beautiful view and late check-out. There was even a special welcome gift in our room when we arrived.
