My Story
I’m based in Ericeira, Portugal, and often travel back to the US to see family. One of my favorite ways to understand a destination is through its everyday rhythms—local markets, grocery stores, and neighborhood cafés where you really feel the place. Travel, for me, is about slowing down, noticing the small details, and feeling at home in a new setting. That same curiosity and care shape the itineraries I design, with experiences that feel seamless and genuinely rooted in the destination.
Travel Style
My travel style has evolved over the years. I appreciate staying in one place for a few days instead of rushing from city to city. That gives time to actually enjoy the hotel, explore at a relaxed pace, and leave room for spontaneous moments. I also love ending trips with a touch of luxury—great service, good food, and maybe a spa treatment—so you come home feeling truly rested.

Katie was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the ample communication, the exchange of our wants with her ideas and experience to give us the perfect vacation with activities we enjoyed including visits to the Redwoods, Vineyards, lunch spots, dinner reservations and making sure we had what we wanted while giving us some ideas and suggestions we didn't think of. We would absolutely use Katie again to book our vacation and lean on her guidance, expertise and style to help us with another great getaway.
