I would also like to recognize Kathy, who was wonderful throughout our stay. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us with a great deal of helpful information. Her professionalism and willingness to assist were truly appreciated.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide guests with important information in a more organized and comprehensive manner upfront. While the information Kathy shared was valuable, receiving it all at one time would have made it easier to understand the resort's offerings and plan our stay more effectively.
