I was having a disappointing hotel experience (booked by her but I choose the hotel) - dark, loud decrepit room, non-working tv, rude staff - when she stepped in to try to alleviate the situation. She went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. She communicated tirelessly with the hotel on my behalf, stayed calm and professional the entire time, and ultimately secured me a full refund! I would have never been able to do this on my own. Her dedication and care made a huge difference in an otherwise frustrating situation. I won't be booking a hotel again without a travel advisor.
