I was not an easy customer for Kathy. I was booking a bit last minute and had no idea where I wanted to go, but knew I wanted to go somewhere. My husband and I wanted somewhere to relax and destress by the pool and/or ocean. Kathy sent us TONS of options over a few days. I was indecisive and Kathy was so patient with me. She made our trip a BREEZE!
