Kathleen's help made all the difference in my travel confidence. She made sure I had a driver to greet me when I landed in Vienna and an early check in at the hotel. She even helped me get a refund on a non-refundable night at the hotel when I had the opportunity to visit the Alps.

Booking with Kathleen is like having someone who knows what I want and need from a vacation even before I do. Of course, I’ve had the good fortune to work with Kathleen planning an international trip for 10 days, so this was a breeze for her and for me. Putting my travel arrangements in Kathleen’s hands always turns out finding the best of what I want. Knowing that I enjoy stillness and beauty, we agreed that Troutbeck fit the bill. And it did, even with the odd interruption here and there with technology. It was the universe trying to keep me to the intentions I’d expressed to Kathleen. Excellent! Kathleen took incredible care of me and my young adult sons. This was our first big trip post my separation from their other parent, and Kathleen helped us plan something fun where we could connect, relax and make new memories.
