She is amazing agent and was quick to help us book a family weekend to Great Wolf Lodge. She helped us ensure we had the room we wanted and helped book the restaurant to celebrate our twins' birthday. We love her!

Kathleen was a pleasure to work with and got us booked quickly at Hotel Hershey. When we checked in, our room was already ready and we were delighted with a chocolate gift basket in our room when we arrived (the kids LOVED). We got $100 credit per room to use for drinks or dining and free breakfast during our stay. We are so happy we booked with Kathleen and cant' wait to plan our next family getaway!

I just got back from a trip to Paris and had a really positive experience working with Preppy Palm Travel. This was my first time using a travel advisor, and I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail. She helped us book our hotel, a local food tour, and a day trip to the Champagne region, along with several solid suggestions for restaurants and bars.
