Katherine did a fantastic job at finding us exactly what we were looking for. She listened to our preferences, gave us options to choose from based on those preferences, and then took care of booking everything for us. She was very knowledgeable and if we asked her something she didn't know, she would find an answer and get back to us. She helped us settle on a destination when we weren't sure of one, helped us find a hotel that met our needs and was within our price range, found us roundtrip airport transfer, and texted during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and we had all the documents we needed in one place. She was great to work with and we will definitely be using her again.
