My Story
California-born and raised, I split my time between LA and the Bay Area. From Mendocino to Big Sur, the CA coastline is my happy place, especially when a weekend is spent at a waterfront boutique hotel catching the sunset and stopping at my favorite restaurants and wineries. My focus on details and budget as an event manager, combined with my love of researching and exploring new destinations, has given me the perfect tools to plan your next getaway.
My Travel Style
I love planning trips from the beginning to the end while leaving room for spontaneity. Once I have a destination in mind, I list all of the places I'm interested in visiting, from restaurants to hotels to local culture, discovering the best route forward. I see travel as an opportunity to feel like your most present self, unplugging from the day while fully immersing yourself in new experiences. I'm drawn to places grounded in nature but also appreciate the thoughtful details of a luxurious hotel. Travel is what I love to think about, and I’m overjoyed to help others see the world.

Katherine did an amazing job selecting, booking, and curating my trip. I am so grateful for her expertise and trust her recommendations completely. We went over what I was looking for - and were quickly able to book and move forward with the trip. In addition, she checked in right before to ensure all would go smoothly (and it did!). Thank you, Katherine!

Katherine was absolutely amazing as our travel advisor! She planned everything down to the finest details, making sure every aspect of our trip was perfect. From reserving all our dinners to coordinating transportation, she took care of everything. Her help made our experience seamless and stress-free. Truly a great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who is not only professional but also genuinely helpful and attentive.

Booking with Katherine was overall a great experience! Everything was well-organized and seamless, making the process enjoyable. I have no major remarks, except that having dinners scheduled on the same day as other dinners felt a bit overlapping. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience!

Honeymoon in the South of France
White-washed hotels, perfectly uniform umbrellas dotting the beaches, bougainvillea lining the cobblestoned streets and manicured vineyards in the distance, there’s something magical about a summer in the South of France, especially for a relaxing honeymoon. You can visit the French Riviera during the height of the summer, but we recommend late spring or early fall for the perfect temperatures and less crowds. From staying in the excitement of Cannes to a hidden château in Provence, there’s a perfect hotel for everyone, and every couple. The South of France is the perfect homebase for a honeymoon filled with sun, music, shopping, dining and adventure (if you want it). Here is our guide to have the perfect South of France honeymoon, including where to stay, eat and visit.

Timber Cove Resort (& Other Sonoma Properties) Site Review
I recently stayed at the Timber Cove Resort in Jenner, CA, and visited a few other Sonoma County-based properties including the Madrona in Healdsburg and JD House at Inns of Mendocino. We all already know how amazing the Madrona is including the design, service and attention to detail. The team is so fantastic. JD House was also great, with a delicious breakfast dropped off each morning and complimentary wine happy hour. The Water Tower room is a fun standalone option to stay in.

6-Day Road Trip on California's Pacific Coast Highway
The best way to experience California is on the road along highway 101. Starting in LA with stops along the way and completing north of SF, this road-trip itinerary includes where to stay, eat and visit. Luckily this trip is doable year-round but my recommendation is late spring or early fall to avoid summer heat and tourists. From wineries to oysters on the water to boutique hotels, I hope this day-to-day guide will be an inspiration for your next CA road trip.

Minimoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Mexico is the perfect honeymoon spot, but even better for a minimoon for a quick and warm getaway right after the wedding. You and your forever person can relax by the beaches, adventure through Cabo San Lucas, explore Todos Santos, and cheers margaritas in the pool. The hotel choices range from five-star chic and modern luxurious stays to boutique and colorfully designed hotels. You only need a long weekend here to get in full relaxation mode post wedding, truly making it a great minimoon destination for West coast travelers.
