My experience with Katherine was excellent. Based on her status with Fora Travel, we received an ocean-facing upgrade to our room, chocolates and champagne waiting for us in our room, and a special one on one meeting with the manager of the hotel detailing all of the hotel offerings.

We are so grateful that Katherine found this gem of a hotel. It was definitely not on our radar, but it completely rounded out our 9 day trip to Mallorca. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and a bottle of chilled champagne was waiting for us upon arrival in our room.

Katherine was amazing! I got upgraded to a pretty fantastic room. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of white glove service I received. I didn't need to reach out to Katherine during my stay because there was no need! The resort was a hit.
