Great experience with Kassandra. She is patient, helpful and detail oriented. She also had amazing chocolate chip cookies and milk waiting for us in our room. Which were a perfect surprise to walk in to from our delayed flight.

Kass played a pivotal role in our travel experience, demonstrating exceptional dedication and support despite challenges we encountered both with the resort directly and their third-party excursion partner. Throughout our trip, Kass consistently went above and beyond to assist us in resolving various issues, providing detailed information about our itinerary, and ensuring that we were not subjected to any unfair treatment or financial losses in situations where the other company or resort attempted to dismiss our concerns. What stood out the most, and did not go unnoticed, was how she was working on her weekend. Not only that, but due to several moving parts, she was also dealing with numerous other people in my group trying to ask her questions. Despite these challenges, Kass handled it all with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Kass proved to be highly responsive, promptly addressing our inquiries, and efficiently finding solutions to our concerns. Her ability to offer recommendations further enriched our travel experience. We look forward to experiencing her expertise once again as we anticipate our upcoming trip to Italy with my fiancé.
