Karla took away all the stress of planning our first trip to France and Amsterdam as a family of 5. I was feeling really overwhelmed as to where to stay that would fit all of us in one space, and she was able to find the perfect accommodations for us in the best neighborhoods in the city. She stayed with in our allotted budget, and helped to also plan itineraries based on our children’s ages and our goals for seeing the city without feeling overwhelmed. She was so communicative, asked thoughtful questions to get us thinking about our goals for the trip, and was so quick to respond to any of my questions.

Throughout our stay she was so attentive and was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our experience.

We will absolutely use Karla again for any trips we plan that are outside of our comfort zone. She made the process so enjoyable which allowed my husband and I to focus on the smaller (more fun) details of the trip while she took care of the rest!

Karla was a breeze to work with and, when given our parameters and vague ideas of what we were thinking of in terms of our Iceland trip, wonderfully thorough and prompt in providing us with a variety of offerings. She sent us a selection of hotels and restaurants as well as possible excursions/tours/adventures, all of them including links so that we could make educated choices. This eased our planning so much, as we'd never been to Iceland and didn't have a clue! Booking through Karla gave us enormous peace of mind and confidence that we were going to have a quality and unforgettable adventure. And we did! And we'd love to return. Karla was professional and fun and very responsive whenever questions arose. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
