Karla is AMAZING. I reached out to her super last minute and she was incredibly responsive, immediately provided me hotel options, and over communicated around expectations for everything. When I needed to book another room after I got there, she helped me right away and I’m SO grateful for her real-time support despite it being during the holidays. Can we give her 6 stars? She was that great! Our experience working with Karla was over the top exceptional. She listened to us, put together a strong initial plan that allowed us to collaborate and develop a dream vacation for a very special celebration and adventure. 7 cities, 30 days, untold number of restaurants, high and low, and local sightseeing trips were just part of it. The other part was the care and the flexibility and the responsiveness to last minute requests and unplanned visits to urgent care and changed plans. She, almost literally followed us around and welcomed us in each of our stops, providing recommendations and updates and checking in to see how the experience was unfolding. We felt her care and presence the whole time. It’s the only way we are doing trips like this ever again. Thank you, Karla!
