Karla was magnificent. She helped us find a great vacation spot at the last minute, taking into account all of our family’s needs and preferences (no small feat with 3 kids 5 and under!), arranged seamless transfer from the airport, and worked with us to answer all of the time-consuming little questions that pop up right before a trip. I like taking vacations but hate planning them — and now I may never have to again!
