Within minutes, she secured me a room at Riggs Washington DC, a true 5-star hotel, for an incredible rate that honestly felt too good to be true given the quality of the property.
On top of that, she was able to get me amazing perks, including a $100 hotel credit and complimentary breakfast the next morning, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier.
