Our travel agent, Kari Espin, arranged for a warm welcome in Calgary with an edible treat and welcome note waiting in our room. After a long day of travel all the way from Texas it was a wonderful touch, and helped us to feel connected with her as the plans we had made together in the prior weeks/months finally unfurled before us. She also made arrangements for dietary needs and firm pillows - details I would have overlooked if I had been making all the arrangements myself. Kari is a world-class listener and picked up on things like these as we talked and made plans, then she used them to customize our trip to meet our preferences and needs.

Kari was remarkable and her experience and recommendations were so helpful. She walked us through our trip each step of the way and made sure every single detail was taken care of, including sending me reminders of things I needed to take care of ahead of time and recommendations to make our trip more enjoyable.
