My Story
A travel addict who has planned every adventure for my family since I was 10. As we explore the best hotels with two kids and a wheelchair, I continue to believe anything is possible.
My Travel Style
So what do our favorite trips have in common? It's the moment when the client says: for once, I wasn't in charge. The power of a great advisor is that we work hard on the details so you don't have to. We aren't scared by logistics, preferences or unique needs. Let us worry about the details so you can live the experience. We work with families, executives and singles, mostly without special needs. And for those needing accessible experiences? We know how to exceed every expectation on a luxury accessible adventure. It's no longer a question of how, it's a question of ‘where to next’?

We booked last minute and were unable to get adjoining rooms but Karen was somehow able to get us rooms right near one another!

Karen was exceptional partner through the entire process of our trip. We had never used to travel planner before, but from our intake call to our logistics to the inevitable “any chance you can…” call during our trip, Karen was calm, organized communicative and offered seamless service. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had specific recommendations. l based on our interests and our kids ages. I have already recommended Karen to friends and look forward to booking another trip with her soon!

A big thank-you to Karen Morales for helping us plan and book such a wonderful Greece vacation! She has traveled extensively herself, which shows in the thoughtful advice and recommendations she gave us. Karen was a pleasure to work with, we couldn’t have done it without her!

This was a last-minute trip and Karen came through with a stunning room with views that made us blink a few times to make sure it was real. We are repeat customers because Karen seems to make any request happen with a "no problem" attitude. Regardless of the locale, she always seems to know where to eat, what to do, and what to see to make it a truly unique and memorable experience. While planning, I had trouble finding a reputable tour operating from Hanalei (most based in Poipu) for the Napali coast and almost instantly Karen had one for us with availability and it was a highlight of our vacation.

Site Inspection: Four Seasons Dalton Street Boston
The Four Seasons is located on Dalton Street, tucked into Boston's Back Bay, a short stroll to the Prudential, Newbury Street or even Fenway. It is the second Four Season's property in Boston, with the first a newly refurbished property across from the Public Garden. It is the perfect spot for business travel, a couples or family trip and wins my applause for likely the most accessible luxury hotel in Boston (another perk for all the Boston-based medical travel). Plus, it's the only spa and pool combo in the entire city.

Making the Most of a Yellowstone and Glacier Road Trip
The key to the best road trips is balance. You must strategically plan the drives and the fun, the hikes and the adventures. Like many families who want to explore the national parks of Yellowstone and Glacier, we put great effort into orchestrating the pieces that everyone wants to access like glamping, thrill seeking, ranch life and animal viewing. Flights and car rentals to this area of the world sell out months in advance, so get your flights and cars sorted out early when planning your road trip!

Multigenerational Trip Through France
Is it possible to design a first-time trip through France for two teens, grandma and a wheelchair? Of course it is! The trick of the trade when developing European itineraries is to fully understand pacing, interests and how often the family wants to pack and unpack. For this custom trip, we had multiple interests: a foodie, a WW2 history buff, a budding artist and surfer and a repeat traveler, who wanted to ensure hotels were five-star and experiences were a blend of luxurious and local, with great coffee, luxurious bedding and wheelchair accessibility.

Guide to Panama: A Long Weekend Break from the City
Panama City is a hot spot weekend jaunt with direct daily flights from Boston, Dallas, NYC and Miami. While you might not think of Panama on the short list for girl's trips, bachelorettes, guy’s getaways, long weekends or romance, it is sure to be one of the hottest hits of the years to come.

Beautiful Barcelona: The World's Best Accessible City
Barcelona has it all: beaches and hills, history and culture, lively nightlife and a sophisticated dining scene. Best of all, it is a city made for strollers and wheelchairs, the elderly, the differently abled, small kids and, of course, young adults looking to stay out all night. Try visiting Barcelona and not thinking "I could really live here". I bet you can't!
