Karen is an absolutely meticulous, considerate, thoughtful and reliable travel advisor. She thought of everything that would make the trip for me and my family comfortable, fun and provide easy access to all the places of interest we had. Even when a museum announced no ticket availability she found a way to get us tickets. Despite the large time difference between her home and my locations abroad, she always responded quickly to questions I had about transportation availability or couldn't find my e-tickets to events. My family and I all agreed this was the best trip we've ever had due to Karen setting up a high level of personalized services that allowed us to see Paris with great ease.
