Karen was responsive and attentive to ensuring we had everything we needed prior to our trip. She did extensive research on the hotels, excursions and helped us narrow our options. Karen understood clearly our wish list and must haves and provided the appropriate amount of follow up and guidance, never overstepping in service and support. Highly recommend!

Karen read through dozens of reviews before choosing this hotel for us and based on her research, it sounded like the perfect place. She always offers options with commentary and sadly in this case the reviews weren't accurate. Not Karen's fault.
