The travel agent handled the booking well and we appreciated the smooth process. One area that could be improved is clearer communication with the drivers regarding transportation. Better coordination in this regard would have made our experience more seamless.

Transportation from the airport to the hotel was bad also from the hotel to the ship I had to pay my way so I should get back my money. I’m my opinion I don’t think the transportation was organized properly.

Unfortunately, my booking experience with the travel agency was less than satisfactory. Clearer communication and better customer service would have made the planning process as enjoyable as the trip itself. I hope to see improvements there, because the cruise itself deserves nothing but praise.
