Working with Kaitlyn is so comfortable, it is like coordinating with a member of the family. Even though it was the first trip we booked with her, it felt like she 'd known us for years. The perks that she made available for our stay really made the trip special. We would not have had the hotel credits to enjoy a late night room service dinner if we had not found our new favorite travel agent!
