We've known Kailye for 5-6 years, and she has always been polite, thorough, attentive, tenacious, and witty, with a remarkable memory. She employed all those traits when she booked this hotel for us. She listened carefully to what we were going to do, what we needed in a hotel, the location we wanted, and the price point. She gave us a selection of hotels to pick from and when we gave her our choice, she acted on it quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have had a better choice.
