I've worked in hospitality my entire life—studying at the Cornell hotel school to working on brand strategy for Hilton headquarters to my current role of advising owners how to build amazing hotels. I spend my days researching the best hotels around the world, and particularly love places that have a unique history or story, beautiful design, and are perfectly crafted for the places where they are based. I know how to make sure you are choosing the best hotel for wherever you are visiting with the best location, accommodations, guest experience, and bang for your buck. Kailey planned an absolutely incredible Alaska cruise for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. She handled everything — from coordinating the cruise itself to all the Seattle logistics, local transportation, and fantastic restaurant recommendations that made the trip feel special even before we boarded.
What really set Kailey apart were the thoughtful surprises and attention to detail. Walking into champagne and chocolates waiting for us onboard was such a lovely touch and immediately made the trip feel celebratory and personal. Those little moments added up in a big way and made us feel genuinely cared for as travelers.
