My Story
I split my time between the entertainment industry as an event and content producer and working as a travel advisor. Music and good food are my jam. I like to obsess over details, design and the perfect Aperol spritz.
Travel Style
I spent most of my childhood and early teen years in Italy and Germany before moving back to the US. I later studied abroad again in Rome and spent my fair share of time galavanting around the continent. Europe is my second home and I love sharing all of my favorite spots with people. I'm all for soaking up history and culture, taking a breather to unwind and treating myself to delicious food and cocktails. To me, every trip should have a touch of indulgence!
I've always had a penchant for the finer things in life. When it comes to choosing a place to stay, I'm meticulous because I know it can make or break the entire experience. As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of unique hotel properties, I am committed to finding accommodations with exceptional amenities, top-notch hospitality and stunning design paired with the perfect restaurant recommendations.

Kaetlin is the BEST, she understood what I was looking for in this trip and even kept an eye on pricing to get a lower rate closer to our travel date. 10/10 recommend booking with her.

We can't recommend working with Kaetlin enough! We sent her a short list of our priorities for location, hotel, amenities, etc. and she provided us a list of wonderful options within 24 hours. She always responded in a timely matter and went above and beyond to provide recommendations and suggestions for items that we had not even thought of. It was a breeze to get our whole trip booked through Kaetlin and we will definitely use her again in the future. We've already recommended her to several friends to use for upcoming trips as well!

Working with Kaetlin was fantastic. She asked a lot of questions and got us the cruise we were looking for. The rooms were in the perfect location. She continually checked on us to see if everything was set and if we needed anything else.

Kaetlin recently helped us plan our honeymoon, and I can't recommend her services highly enough! From our initial call, she took the time to understand our travel preferences and budget and quickly shifted when our plans shifted. She crafted an itinerary that worked perfectly with our desire to stay busy and see all of the sites. Her attention to detail was impressive—every aspect of the trip was meticulously planned, from accommodations to suggested activities. We had an incredible time and adored every hotel we visited – can’t wait to use her again on our next trip!
