She got back to us in a timely fashion with our requests and inquiries. Even gave us some good suggestions about our cruise. I like having someone who can do all the contacting of the cruise ship, travel arrangements, and transportation. Would use her again.

My experience in booking with Justine was excellent. If I could give her a 20 instead of a 10, I would!! She went above and beyond before the trip, during the trip and after the trip to ensure that I was having a wonderful time. She handled all the little details of the trip perfectly, but I was most touched that I could tell that she really cared that I had a great experience. Love that follow-through! Throughout the process, she explained everything clearly and patiently and sought out answers if I asked her a question she was unsure about. I would not hesitate to reach out to her to plan my next getaway!

Very personable and an agent that was always available. We had a magical trip to New England and managed to stay in peak color. Justine had a bunch of goodies for us at our place in New Hampshire. Everything was locally sourced. Justine booked us in a great B&B, and boutique hotels. Thank you for everything, Justine!
