Julie took the time to tell us exactly what was included in the base fare on our repositioning cruise. She was very clear so we knew what to expect. We were grateful she encouraged us to upgrade to a balcony room because the actual room was pretty small, and we loved the balcony. As an agent, she even asked if she could confirm with one of our kids exactly how and when we would arrive, so there would be no confusion once we arrived a the port near Rome. She was thorough and timely and we really appreciated her.

Julie is an expert on luxury cruising, and her help with everything for this cruise was top notch. From selecting a wonderful suite to helping with pre- and post lodging, the trip could not have been better. She recommended I seriously look at the RSSC flight offerings, and when I did I realized they offered the absolute best offering for business and first class flights, and were exceptionally flexible on dates.

Julie really made sure we were very, very clear what was and was not included in our cruise fare. We were then totally prepared and knew what to expect. Additionally, she went above and beyond with directions on how to get the port in Italy and exactly what to do once on board. She double (and triple) checked to be sure that we had our documentation and were ready to sail. We do not think she could have done one more thing to make the trip as easy as could be.
