Julie handled everything, which was a blessing as I’m typically the one who makes every decision and plans everything out and everyone looks to me for guidance. It was fantastic to actually enjoy the vacation and not have to keep everyone in line!

Julie was great! She got everything set up for us. Then when Hurricane Melissa hit the island a little over a month before our trip she checked on the resort and looked for alternative locations if the resort was going to be closed. She scheduled our transport to and from the resort, which was great as it was an almost 2 hour trip from airport to resort. When one of our party didn’t get all their luggage, the family with the baby, she probably helped it get to the resort faster, in that it was delivered to their room at 8:15 the next morning.
