Juliana No service was fantastic for booking my trip to Miami. Her communication with me was constant and clear. She managed to provide a beautiful assortment of fruits to my room for me to enjoy. Also included was regular and sparkling water for me to enjoy after traveling a long ride to Miami from Orlando. Furthermore, she was able to provide me with a bottle of wine as a complimentary gift for my stay with the InterContinental hotel. Not only was she thoughtful in elevating my experience, she also booked me included breakfast during my stay. She called me to make sure I was enjoying my stay and if I had received all her wonderful gifts. She is one travel agent you must have because she is always attentive to the client’s needs. She managed to consider my travel preferences for my work meeting that I came down to Miami for, by booking this hotel near by so I would not have the need to travel far to my work event. Moreover, while keeping it within my desired elevated standards for what I like in hotel service. She gave me useful recommendations about where to dine and places to see when I had any leisure time available.
