Julia is THE best - not just for this hotel but for the entire trip. She understood our goals and our budget. Made great suggestions and booked beautiful hotels - every one was excellent and we stayed in 8 of them on our trip. At each hotel, we were greeted with a personal note from her and a nice treat. She was invaluable in planning our complicated road trip to Portugal, Northern Spain and Southern France over 16 days. And she was always available to answer questions during the trip.
