Travelite360 was outstanding. They made sure we could check in as early as 9 am after our red-eye flight, and really went out of their way for that.
They were very professional throughout the booking and planning, making sure we got the best value out of our trip and even prepared a detailed customized itinerary.
Plus they even provided restaurant recommendations and mapped them out using convenient hyperlinks to our desired locations. They were not pushy in any way and very considerate of my needs as a senior.
Thank you team Travelite360!

I've made repeated bookings with Travelite360 in the past year and a half. Their ability to optimize the value of the trip, to curate trip according my personal preferences, and to find deals is bar none. That's the key reason I keep going back to book with them. It's not always about how much you pay. It's about what you can get with what you pay. That's how I assess value.
I really appreciate the communication Travelite360 does on my behalf with the travel suppliers, so I don't have to go through that pain myself and also keeping my personal information as far away from predatory hotels and their associated data mining companies in the travel industry as possible. With the added layer of protection that Travelite360 provides me as an individual, I can prevent most marketing emails from landing in my inbox. With them, it's about integrity.
Also, I like it when I see a personalized note from Travelite360 in my room upon arrival, letting me know that they have taken care of every detail prior to arrival. It makes me feel like I'm arriving at a place I already know.

Travelite360 really helped make all the difference for my 40th birthday celebration in Dallas!!
HOTEL: Great deal on the corner junior suite at The Adolphus! 50% off is really unbelievable, given the history of the late Queen Elizabeth & KingPhilip, Duke of Edinburgh having stayed there, and accessible location of the hotel. Travelite360 also made sure that I was VIP-ed in every way possible – complimentary champagne & dessert, Gold Elite Status upgrade, complimentary breakfast, Marriott Bonvoy points, $100 hotel credit.
FOOD: Knowing that I'm a big foodies, Travelite360 made sure to accommodate my gastronomic curiosity by recommending both Michelin and street gems to us. We got to have a taste of everything from the best Indian restaurant I've ever experienced in Texas, to having an entire fine dining Italian restaurant to just my wife and I on my birthday – a total of 8 different cuisines over 4 days.
ITINERARY: Truly unique experiences – from the Surrealism and jewelry exhibits at the DMA, to the Dali-inspired high tea, the Alice-in-Wonderland like installations at a hole-in-the-wall gallery space, Milanese grocery dive, and last but not least the mind blowing light show tucked away in the dense forest mist just 15 minutes drive from the hotel.
FLEXIBILITY: Everything was designed to be totally flexible, knowing that I don't like to be pressured into things. I was able to refer to one document to book everything via links from there, throughout our trip, however we felt like doing it the last minute.
COMMUNICATION: Helped me reach out to Marriott and hotel three times just to make sure my needs were met for points and status. Appreciate the effort and attention to detail.
PRIVACY: Kept part of my key personal information private from "industry" so my inbox doesn't get spammed with marketing materials from whoever my trip was booked with. Being a very private person, this is my favorite part of having Travelite360 front all of my booking needs, acting as a protective buffer between my personal realm and the sometimes overly voracious travel industry.

This is my third time booking with Travelite360. The first couple of times was for a trip to Thailand, more focused on hotel stays since I was familiar with the region and preferred to make my own plans for activities. This time was for a trip to Peru, with much more complexity required in the itinerary planning process.
Yet, Travelite360 really came through for me – from the great flight recommendations that saved me money and time, to the spot-on planning for optimizing my time spent in Cusco, to the personalized foodie exploration in Lima!
Case in point - when PeruRail's booking site failed on multiple attempts over a few days, Travelite360 was still able to get me the best train tickets to Machu Picchu that allowed a direct train ride from Cusco City to Aguas Caliente, and access to the bar car and observatory car. They also got me the tickets to the best Circuit for first timers to Machu Picchu, and made sure I was able to see Machu Picchu in just a day, without having to dwindle in Aguas Caliente.
Being a minimalist, I really appreciated not having tons of booking emails flood my inbox. Travelite360 organized everything for me so it was easy to access all my bookings and tickets with a single link, find my receipts for accounting, and best of all, be notified of travel tips and when to do what through their calendar integration. I'm also glad didn't have to waste any time coordinating with tour guides or activity operators, like I usually do when I book them myself.
In all, I can say that Travelite360 saved me days (maybe even weeks, since I typically only have time on weekends for this type of stuff) of planning and coordination work. Highly recommend them if you're looking to save time, money, and hassle when it comes to trip planning!

Travelite360 handled my trip to Peru. I absolutely loved how easy they made the planning - I got summarized options for flights, hotels, and activities sent to me which saved a ton of time on research and prompted me to do things I normally wouldn't have considered. Once I made my selections they took care of the bookings and sent me all the details. Amazing!!
If you want a great trip without the stress of organizing, I highly recommend Travelite360.
