Getting to Amanpulo is not simple because it is an island that involves private transfers on land and plane to a private island. JR made it easy and flawless, keeping us updated and finding better deals throughout the months leading to our trip.

JR went above and beyond with providing us a plethora of choices for our stay throughout Japan. He even updated us on price drops, in case we wanted to rearrange our accommodations. He even went so far as to cancel our reservations mid-trip when our plans had changed, and provided us with alternatives.
JR’s customer service was top tier and will be our go-to for all future get away plans, domestic and global.
