Booking this trip with Joyce was such a great experience from start to finish. Even before we confirmed the trip, she took the time to prepare different options and present them in a really clear and beautiful way, which made the decision process much easier for us.

Once everything was confirmed, she organised the details so well. We received a personalised trip page with all the information in one place, and she also helped arrange things like airport transfers, ski passes, equipment rental, and other helpful extras. Everything felt very smooth and well thought through.

What I appreciated most was how personalised the whole experience felt. I’m vegan, and Joyce made sure that this was properly accommodated in a meaningful way. It was not just a basic or last-minute adjustment. She made sure I was genuinely looked after with proper meals, and because of that it never became an issue at all during the trip.
