She was there from day 1 when I started planning this surprise trip for my wife. She assisted with everything from the room reservations, to activities, booking restaurants, and communicating with the hotel staff. Most notably was her ability to stay on top of price drops specifically on the hotel itself. Jovanna monitored the reservations for any change in price and if the price dropped from our original booking, she got a new reservation booked IMMEDIATELY for us and ultimately saved us more than a few hundred dollars. Jovanna did a great job on finding us our stays for this Japan trip. I look forward booking her and using her services again for our European tour. We did about two weeks in Japan with no solid itinerary, but with Jovanna's help she really solidified some great excursions and amazing tour guides through each city we were able to visit. 100000/10 recommend!!!
