Jovanna did an amazing job providing us accommodation options that suited our preferences and organising an itinerary with the perfect balance between booked experiences and flexible activities that matched our goals for the trip! There's no operating in ambiguity with Jovanna; she communicated clearly and outlined everything in an easy-to-understand way.

I have to say this was the best travel experience I have ever had! From beginning to end. Jovanna curated the best experience and activities for our whole trip. The Pullman hotel was just one of all of our accommodations. The experiences were top notch. From the minute we landed to the minute we left it just flowed perfectly. I loved the presentation and schedule that she sent with all instructions. The whole experience was seamless. I also found the app invaluable during my trip. I must have looked at several times a day. It was so organized and made the whole trip so easy. I have already recommended Jovanna to several friends and will use her again!

Wow, wow, wow! I’m someone who has high expectations when it comes to my vacations. I reached out to Jovi for her planning expertise just 3 weeks before my anniversary. I wanted to surprise my husband but found it hard to choose places and experiences that fit the caliber of what I was looking for within my budget. Jovi did not disappoint! We initially discussed my budget and expectations. Within 48 hours, I had a proposal that listed our destination options. Shortly after choosing my destination, she was able to provide me options for various experiences, going above and beyond by finding us a 12 course dinner from Michelin trained chefs (the owners, chef and staff were from Per Se and I could hardly contain my excitement!), private couples massages, and a catamaran sunset tour to name a few. From welcome notes and chocolates, to the 48 hour detailed itinerary, I quite literally didn’t have to lift a finger.
Not only did she save me the time and stress of planning a staycation, but exceeded my expectations in every way. She even made sure that we had all new experiences at a destination we frequent (and thought we already did it all). I cannot wait to have Jovi book future vacations for us!
