Jon was wonderful. He's attentive and knowledgeable. I tend to manage all travel planning on my own, but it was helpful to have someone to communicate requests with the hotel. I would happily work with him again!

Jon is awesome as usual. Gets you booked fast, explains your benefits and makes it right when things go wrong.

After our stay at the Rome Cavalieri, I don't expect to take any other major trip without reaching out to Jon first. Jon was able to book us this stay at an incredibly affordable rate given the luxury of this hotel. When we checked in to the hotel, we were immediately greeted and walked over to the manager who got us two glasses of champagne, informed us of our room upgrade, the on-site credit, and told us to contact them if there was anything at all that we needed. Jon was communicative throughout our stay which included several other cities and made sure that every place made us feel special.

Jon is great to work with, responsive, and goes the extra mile. He took care of an issue I had with a booking and rebooked me quickly at another hotel. Then followed up about the experience. He's a true pro.
