Jon was always there to answer our questions along the way--and we are not seasoned cruisers, so we had a lot of them! He helped us secure onboard credit via price protection, and was flexible in shifting our cabin and dining options as we learned more about what our onboard experiences would be like as the cruise neared. We're already planning our next cruise with him!
