John was amazing. I was so indecisive with my cruise... the cabin... the experience. Do we get 2 cabins? Do we put all 4 of us in one? He always responded quickly to my requests and gave us a great deal! I never had to call the cruise line... he took care of everything. Including emailing me my boarding documents, and helping my husband retrieve lost items. I'm definitely recommending him to others and my sister has already used him as well for her first family vacation to Europe. I think my husband could even plan an entire vacation one day, with John's help (which would be a first... and would be amazing).

John was very attentive in helping me celebrate my birthday with a handful of friends. Handling the cabin placement and dining reservations was so helpful. The early boarding was key. He answered all my questions and helped where he could requests. Would use him again :)

John Yates was provided excellent service as our travel agent for this cruise. He went above and beyond and helped us get perks we wouldn't have otherwise received had we booked without him. His assistance in getting us specific reservations for restaurants every day was very much appreciated.

John Yates did an outstanding job helping me plan a family trip to St. Augustine, Florida. From start to finish, everything was seamless. He found us excellent accommodations at a great rate, booked all our travel—including a rental car—and made sure every detail was taken care of.

John was incredibly easy to communicate with and clearly knows his stuff. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail made our trip stress-free and so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (in fact, he’s already planning my fall trip - this time a cruise!)—10/10 would recommend to anyone planning their next getaway!
