John Yates was provided excellent service as our travel agent for this cruise. He went above and beyond and helped us get perks we wouldn't have otherwise received had we booked without him. His assistance in getting us specific reservations for restaurants every day was very much appreciated.

John Yates did an outstanding job helping me plan a family trip to St. Augustine, Florida. From start to finish, everything was seamless. He found us excellent accommodations at a great rate, booked all our travel—including a rental car—and made sure every detail was taken care of.

John was incredibly easy to communicate with and clearly knows his stuff. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail made our trip stress-free and so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (in fact, he’s already planning my fall trip - this time a cruise!)—10/10 would recommend to anyone planning their next getaway!

John was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely quick to reply, and gave thorough, thoughtful answers to all of my questions. As someone who had never been on a cruise before, I had a lot of them! He made the booking process easy and made sure that I had all of the information that I needed. Prior to the trip, he provided helpful tips and tricks specific to Virgin Voyages, he contacted me promptly about a change to my booking despite being on vacation, and also checked in after the trip. I will absolutely use him again, and highly recommend him for other travelers who are looking for a reliable and informative travel agent!
