I would highly recommend John. He went above and beyond on our request. Communication was very clear as to where the hotel was, how to get there and check in information. He also added a few perks in the hotel as well which was unexpected but so nice! Thank you!

John was great at setting up the reservations (multi rooms), securing both suites and regular rooms as well as helping with logistics for the trip. He was very timely in sending confirmations and emails with information. He was even able to help with a last-minute change while I was at the hotel.
