With over 15 years in luxury hospitality, my background is rooted in hotel operations, working directly on the front lines of the travel industry. I have supported guests from all over the world, managed complex itineraries for VIPs and international travelers, and learned firsthand what truly makes a hotel stay seamless and memorable. Because I’ve been on the operational side, I know what to look for beyond the photos and descriptions. The service details, room nuances, and small touches that shape how a stay actually feels. Today, I bring that perspective to my work as a FORA Travel Advisor, helping clients find hotels that match not just their destination, but the experience they want to have. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach with each trip, whether planning a honeymoon, a family journey, or a special escape, and curate stays through trusted hotel partners worldwide.

Johana was an absolute pleasure to work with for our family babymoon at Grand Hyatt Seoul. She secured Hyatt Privé perks for us, which truly elevated the entire stay with extra benefits and thoughtful touches. What stood out most was her care and attention to detail, she followed up again before our arrival to confirm our estimated time of arrival, making the whole experience feel seamless and very well looked after. She even ensured a humidifier was prepared in our room, which was such a thoughtful detail and made our stay much more comfortable.
