We may never have known about this place nestled in the country outside of Sienna so are very appreciative of the insider knowledge and recommendation. Joelle booked our entire trip listening carefully to our specific desires for local/smaller intimate settings and offerings recommending small group events with the same discerning lens. (The Viator cooking experience making pasta in Sienna was a favorite!) She didn't 'oversell' us on go/see/do musts, but instead provided a list of suggestions that we might enjoy and links to booking them if we chose to do so.

She also set up a great deal on the rental car at the onset for the first part of the trip, and we figured out how to drop it a bit closer to our high speed train desires to head to the Positano/Amalfi Coast region which was a win as well.

Her suggestion for staying in Positano (Villa La Tartana) was a favorite as well with art-drenched touches in a B&B style easy access villa up the hill from the ferry; perfect waterfront retreat.

I've already given her name to three other couples so hope she becomes a Fora fave for those of us who are independent travelers who would like smaller specialized ideas to make our stays 'one of a kind' vs touristy cookie cutter! Highly recommend her for listening skills and rapid responses to individualized needs alone!

I cannot express in words how wonderful Joelle is to work with. She is super friendly and flexible. She always makes amazing recommendations based on her experience, and if she doesn't know something she is willing to do the research to find best options in order to answer questions knowledgeably.
