Joe did a wonderful job planning this trip for us. We had a lot of ground to cover--3 cities in 10 days--and he took pains to make sure our time was well-distributed and well-spent. Joe structured our days to make sure we had access to terrific guides and experiences, but also had daily downtime to explore and recalibrate. He went out of his way to track our hotel bookings so that our family could secure desirable adjoining rooms and preferential rates, all in fantastic hotels. We appreciated that Joe had a point of view in response to our many questions asked, and felt that he delivered a very special trip that met all of our expectations as a result. Joe encouraged us to end our trip at Chapter Roma for all the reasons it turned out to be wonderful, and he also encouraged us to spend a few more Euros on the loft suite, which we were happy we did.
