Joe is the single greatest agent I have ever worked with. To say he is hugely attentive is an understatement. He did an expert job listening to my desires for a getaway and identifying the best option for me and my family. When things were less than ideal at the Parker he sprang into action, ensuring that our experience was immensely improved. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Joe encouraged us to end our trip at Chapter Roma for all the reasons it turned out to be wonderful, and he also encouraged us to spend a few more Euros on the loft suite, which we were happy we did. He once again made sure there were little special extras like our bar credit and a note from the staff. I can't speak highly enough of Joe as a travel advisor. As someone who was very familiar with Italy and most of the properties where we stayed, we felt totally supported throughout the trip.

Joe arranged for a 100 Euro food and dining credit, which was invaluable when we arrived just after all the restaurants had closed after lunch service. He also made sure we had a private taxi to the train station for our departure, which felt like a luxury boat ride almost as romantic as our gondola ride the night before. Joe was also transparent about some potential service issues at the hotel, which we very much appreciated (but luckily did not experience!)
